The Pathways grant is being used primarily to fund two initiatives - a welcome packet and a website.

Welcome Pack (for new parishioners) - in development.  After researching what various other parishes do, the staff is now assembling ideas for a new welcome packet.  The parish is drawing on the expertise of a parishioner who is a professional in creating portfolios and who has some refreshing ideas.  The recommendations of a technical expert have been well received.

Parish Website - Under construction.  This is a significant challenge.  Ideas and approaches abound.  The team shares a common goal but must decide between multiple design approaches and format options.  Every approach and application has to be considered.  And a significant amount of content will need to be generated.

Parish Vitality - is less about doing more things and more about doing the right things!
