Fr. Ted Jost, the Sr. Joanne Surianni are meeting regularly with a core group who assist in brainstorming, planning and carrying out youth activities.  The core group is researching ways to engage youth in the life of the parish in spiritual and service activities.  Leaders are considering such fundraising activities as the sale of Fair Trade Coffee.  Discretionary funds will be used to support involvement with the diocesan youth convention among other events.  One event involved rock climbing followed by prayer around God as our rock with youth taking home a "pet rock" to remind them that God is our rock.  The group enjoys open gym nights, and is making homemade chicken soup (boys served as cooks) for a parish Lenten Soup Supper.  Delicious!  An awesome job well done!

Parish Vitality - is less about doing more things and more about doing the right things!
